As a valued member of AASL you not only receive Knowledge Quest delivered to your mailbox but you now have online access to articles.  AASL is pleased to announce that with our enhanced Web site we were also able to enhance your KQ-online experience. 

Here are some added features that we hope you’ll enjoy:

-Instant access to five years of KQ articles
-Easy to search feature by title, keyword or author
-Browse by issue or article 24 hours a day
-Direct one-click access to KQ-online

No longer do members need to log in through ALA to gain access to their online journal. Follow these easy steps to set up your Metapress account and start viewing for free today!

  1. On the left hand side click the “register” link
  2. Click the bar on the page that says “Register Individuals”
  3. Now fill in the contact information and create a user name and password

    NOTE: You will be creating a new user name and password to use just for this site. This does not need to be the same as your ALA/AASL user name/password.

  4. Enter your unique token code (this is your membership ID number with AASL beforehand. If your membership ID number begins with a zero do not enter the zero, only enter the last five digits.)

You have now set up your direct KQ-online account and you’re ready to read! Just click the “Home” button on the left hand navigation bar, and then "Journal Archives" to view the currently posted KQ issues and article.
